Is this product compatible with my car?
This product is compatible if your vehicle is equipped with a factory-installed wired CarPlay system. This includes vehicles equipped with both wired and wireless CarPlay connectivity. Please note that this product is not compatible with vehicles that only have wireless CarPlay.

Can I get a refund if I don't like it after purchasing it?
Sure. We have a 30-day return policy. This means you can return the item within 30 days of receiving it.
How does the adapter connect to my phone?
This adapter has WiFi and Bluetooth hardware. It connects to your phone via Bluetooth and sends a WiFi voucher. Then the adapter disconnects from the Bluetooth network and operates only on WiFi.
